Complimentary dining options include the main dining room, Windjammer Cafe, Cafe Two70, Sorrento's, El Loco Fresh, Cafe Promenade, & the Solarium Bistro for breakfast & lunch. G&S has included the deluxe beverage package in your cruise fare at a discounted rate, which also includes gratuity for the bartenders. Quench your thirst with unlimited drinks top-shelf spirits & cocktails, wines by the glass & bottled or draft beef up to $15 plus soda, juice and non-alcoholic beverages.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Due to the unique nature of our trips which involve contracts for performers, ship staff and venues, there are no exceptions to the cancellation policy. This is why we provide all the information up front during the booking process so that the terms are clear. Whether it's a flight delay, an illness or your decision not to travel, you will be considered a no show and all monies paid are non-refundable. That being said, we understand that unexpected things can happen, which is why we strongly suggest that you protect your investment by purchasing travel insurance. This way, if you are canceling for a covered reason, the penalty will be reimbursed to you by the insurance. You will need your full, legal name as it appears on your passport or original birth certificate/driver's license along with your date of birth, phone number, dining preference and a credit card to place your deposit.
Once payment is more than 5 days past due, a late fee of $25 is imposed. If a reservation is more than 10 days past due and you have not called or emailed to get an approved payment plan with the cruise line, your reservation will be cancelled. Should your reservation be cancelled due to lack of payment and you want to re-activate down the road, it is possible the cruise line will not reinstate your reservation, and that prices would be quoted at today’s rate vs. the group rate when you initially booked. It is much better to be proactive & reach out to us so that we can work on your behalf prior to a reservation being cancelled and losing your money.
There is a strict payment plan in place, however, we understand that sometimes unexpected things can happen. For extenuating circumstances that can be proved in writing such as jobless, injury, death in the family, etc. we can often get the cruise line to grand an extension. It’s important you call us before the payment deadline and not after it is past due.
Payments are quoted based on occupancy. If you lose a roommate, your price would be adjusted to the fare for how many travelers remain in the cabin. If you are any of the guests can find a replacement for the personal canceling then a name change can be arranged for $75 prior to final payment and $150 after final payment. Once the new guest is added they will take over the payment responsibility from the previous guest.
Please book in your request as early as possible if you would like cabins close to one another or to dine together. Just email us at [email protected] with everyone's names. Special requests cannot be guaranteed, but we are normally able to accommodate requests put in at the time of booking.
Approximately 30 days prior to travel you will receive an email from the cruise line with your booking/reservation number and instructions on how to complete your online cruise check-in. each guest will need to complete this check-in at least one week prior to sailing to obtain a boarding pass.
The special considerations given by Royal Caribbean with regards to COVID-19 have expired and there is no intention of them returning in the foreseeable future.
For sailings departing the U.S. after September 5, 2022, guests that are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 no longer must take a pre-cruise COVID test. Unvaccinated guests over the age of 5 will be able to cruise providing they produce a negative COVID-19 test result dated within 3 days of departure. This policy is subject to change.

Yes! You do need to allow a few days between booking and your departure date for things to process. Other than that, you are free to travel whenever – even before you’re all paid off. The beauty of this loan is that you can make the first payment, travel at any time, and pay monthly.
When you are ready to checkout, simply select pay monthly / Uplift as your payment method. To apply, you’ll need to provide some basic information like your mobile number, date of birth, and if you are a US resident, your Social Security Number. If you’re approved, finish checking out and you’re done.
