The hotel is about 11 miles from the airport but can take 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic conditions.

Of course!  If you are using miles or find a good deal, go ahead and book your flights.  Make sure you are flying into Dubai International airport.  The airport code is DXB.  Also, please make sure we have your flight information at least 30 days prior to travel so we can secure your included transfers from the airport to the hotel.

There are dozens of dining options including Middle Eastern, Indian, Thai, Italian, Irish, Tex Mex and Japanese.  Popular places include Pret a Manger, Hard Rock Cafe, Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck, the Draft House, Shake Shack, Pinkberry and Starbucks.

You can pay to enter a lounge. The Marhaba Lounges at various gates offer an area to relax, eat, drink (including select wines & spirits) watch tv and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.  The cost currently is AED 190 or around $52.87 USD for 2 hours, $105.75 for 4 hours, $158.62 for 6 hours.

Unwind at the spa.  Relax or work out at the health club. Stop by the indoor gardens located near Gates B7 and B27 in Terminal 3. You can also rent a sleep pod. There is complimentary Wifi throughout the airport.

You can get a visa upon arrival valid for 30 days. Visa information The visa on arrival is valid for 30 days from the date of entry. There is a 10-day grace period for an extension. If extended, the total validity would be 60 days from the date of entry.

Passports should be valid for more than six months from your departure date from Dubai.

With group airfare that offers a payment plan, we will get a block of seats together.  We can request window, aisle, etc. but we only have a number of these available so they cannot be guaranteed.  If you know you want an exit row or a specific seat, it may be best to purchase your flights now so that you can secure the seating you want.

Wear comfortable clothes on board a plane and remember it is possible to dress well and be comfortable. Loose clothing is generally better as it is more comfortable. Also, remember to bring the right type of shoes – something with too many laces will be difficult to remove easily both in the cabin and at security control. Your feet will swell during a flight, and if your shoe is tight at the beginning of a flight, it will be even more challenging to put on at the flight’s conclusion. Remember that to board the plane you will need to pass through security screening, so avoid anything that you will have trouble removing (shoes with many laces, studded belts) as this will quickly become tiring. When flying, I tend to bring a shirt that has a lot of pockets so that I can store items in them (boarding pass, etc.) that I will need to show when boarding the plane. I bring a light jacket to keep me warm, a simple belt that is easy to remove, shoes that are easy to remove, and a pair of travel socks that I can wear during the flight.

Airline food need not be bad food. I’ve eaten countless superior meals on airlines, especially from Asian and Middle East carriers. Regardless of the quality of the food, I always bring snacks such as frozen fruit, trail mix, Lunchables, nutrition bars, chocolate, biscuits, and other small items. On a very long flight, you will want to munch in between eating times. If you have a dietary requirement, you can order special meals either at the time of booking or by contacting the airline directly afterward. Either way, ensure you have ordered your special meal at least a few days in advance; otherwise, they will be unable to cater to your dietary needs.

Yes! You do need to allow a few days between booking and your departure date for things to process. Other than that, you are free to travel whenever – even before you’re all paid off. The beauty of this loan is that you can make the first payment, travel at any time, and pay monthly.
