To have these rates available, we need a minimum of 10 guests per gateway. Based on interest, we expect to meet this requirement. If we don’t reach 10 guests by December 31, 2024, we'll issue refunds to anyone who has already placed a deposit and cancel the contract with Emirates. So, don’t wait—reserve your spot as soon as possible!

We're working on adding group rates from Miami, Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit and Nashville, but unfortunately, Emirates did not have group rates so we are looking into other options.

Don’t worry – if these gateways don’t work for you, you can still book your own flight. Just make sure to enter your full airline schedule into your online profile at least 30 days before departure to ensure we can arrange your airport transfers. Please note, schedules submitted after September 15th will not be eligible for transfers.
